Booklets
In the last two years, Mainline Printing has upgraded our booklet makers to Plockmatic SD-500s. They can handle 100-page+ booklets and can turn out finished pieces at up to 960 booklets per hour.
Production with our new booklet makers allows for reduced turnaround times — they’re able to take on booklet jobs with higher page counts without having to use the costlier perfect bound method. This also allows for individualized variable data.
